…Things I Never Imagined He Would Be Able To Do.

Dear David,

Thank you so much for the week that you spent with our son Sean. As a mom and a homeschooler I was at my wits end trying to figure out what reading and writing program would get my son to grade level. It always seemed like he would be making great progress but then at times like we were back to square one.

We never questioned his intelligence we just couldn’t put our finger on it. Reading “The Gift of Dyslexia” was like a light bulb had turned on. What I saw in that week he worked with you was things I never imagined he would be able to do. It brings true joy to my husband and I to see him spell, know meanings of words, and write with confidence. I have a new appreciation for his gift and amazed at him every day. The first week on our own was an adjustment and really paying attention to his threshold. Now we are in our routine and things are better. I have been letting him choose which four words we are going to create in clay so he can have some of the responsibility with list. I will keep you updated on what’s going on. Thank you again!

Have a blessed day!

Sean and Tammy
